Everything was good! Here is my top 5! 1) The Sea Bass was so buttery and light. The corn with the Seabass was also great and very unique. 2) The SAHIMI SEVICHE was light and fresh. 3) Asevichado roll had such a fresh selection of fish and was paired with such a unique pallet of flavors while still being very light. 4) The Hanger Steak and Chicken Teriyaki were both tender and cooked to perfection. 5) As lame as it sounds of the highlights of this place was the MATCHA Green tea that was the standard green tea option. It inspired me to drink match without milk as it was whisked to perfection. A bit too pricey for the portions but it doesn't discredit the quality of food. Well done.....

Cost aside, this was amazing sushi. The waitress was top notch, and we did a tasting menu in a large group where they just brought us a lot of different things out. And I will say, it was all absolutely delicious. Nothing in Vegas is cheap, and this is no exception. But I did thoroughly enjoy the menu and the service. Definitely try it out if you are looking for a nice sushi meal in Vegas.

Great meal! Great service! Plan to spend a few hours to eat comfortably if you're in a group of more than 4 people. My favorite was the grilled sea bass skewer! One of the best things I've ever tasted! Hanger steak was also incredible and a good portion where each of us could have 2 slices among 4 people. Get the asparagus next to this one. The roles were all good. Not exceptional but I would still get a couple. The yellowtail ceviche was also replay good but not a very big portion. I would probably get 2 orders. The cheese bread with truffle butter were ok. They didn't come out hot so maybe that's why they weren't too great. I'd probably skip this next time. All in all, great dinner!

Food service and the ambience of this place were all great. It was much bigger than I thought it would be and everything the server recommended was fabulous. The yellowtail taquitos were my favorite. So so good. The seabass was also delicious. Our sushi roll was good, but nothing compared to those two things.

Kelly and Ben at the bar are the best ever. Great service, food and drink. 6 stars. Wonderful lunch Great ambiance. You won't be disappointed.

Currently the only one in the US ( waitress told us they closed the ones in Miami and Chicago) so when in Vegas, you have a chance to try this fusion restaurant of Latin-Japanese delicacies. As someone who eats sushi regularly in authentic Japanese restaurants (plenty of them near where I live), I'd say this place is at par. They do make things interesting by adding some of the Latin flavors and sauces. We tried a few of their special rolls - all good. The tempura was nicely done. My favorite was the Hamachi Kama - baked yellowtail collar ! Good portion size and full of flavors! The salmon ceviche was nicely presented on a tray of ice and interesting. Beautiful and vibrant interior with the kind of flare you'd expect from a Vegas restaurant. I feel it's tastefully done and on point with their cuisine. Overall I think it's a bit pricy but not too much. For people who like both sushi and Latin food, this might be a great choice.

Overall we had a great experience at Sushisamba! The service was exceptional and the food was great. We wish there was a bit more of variety on the menu. We did love how the food brought a variety of cuisines together. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean.

Kelly at the bar was absolutely the best. Down to earth, very chill and very helpful with the menu. Her partner in crime, Liz, was awesome as well / killer drink mixing skills. Awesome time - highly recommend hanging out with these two for an hour at Sushi Samba !
